How Mellors are keeping staff and customers safe during COVID-19

As more and more Mellors catering teams go back to work in schools and workplaces across the north of England we want to let you know what we’ve been doing to ensure our staff are trained to handle this new environment and that they and our customers are safe at all times.
Mellors finalised our head office move, half a mile down the M58 to West Lancs Technology Management Centre! Our new space offers a bright, open plan office for our Finance, Sales, HR, Payroll, Marketing and Operations teams and is where the behind the scenes magic happens. The move has facilitated the ability to work as one big Mellors team and the interdepartmental feel means help is always available.
Catering managers Lisa and Lea cooked and presented a fabulous curry buffet for us last week for our Principal’s leaving lunch. It was absolutely stunning and an extremely tasty menu and I felt that I could not let this pass without giving them both the accolade they deserve.
