How Mellors are keeping staff and customers safe during COVID-19

As more and more Mellors catering teams go back to work in schools and workplaces across the north of England we want to let you know what we’ve been doing to ensure our staff are trained to handle this new environment and that they and our customers are safe at all times.
The Mellors team has been working hard over the past few days to understand the requirements our clients have. Our priority is to ensure that those children who still need to attend school and the workers who are looking after them still get the nutritious meals they are used to being served.
The Mellors Christmas Party went with a bang! All 250 attendees enjoyed the masquerade theme, casino tables, an all-new photo party mirror and a well sung Christmas Carol by the Area Manager choir. All raising a massive £2,540 for Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice.
Mellors regional office in Sheffield has recently moved! Still in the same office block, our new space complements the expansion of the company. Offering an open plan office space where the Mellors team can work more effectively together. Check out our photos below of the new space. The team based in and around the North East are really happy with their new space!
Catering managers Lisa and Lea cooked and presented a fabulous curry buffet for us last week for our Principal’s leaving lunch. It was absolutely stunning and an extremely tasty menu and I felt that I could not let this pass without giving them both the accolade they deserve.
