We have 10 area managers, 14 area support managers and 4 group managers currently to run our 210 sites. Our team are caterers and foodies, their role is to support the on-site team to ensure we meet all objectives of each site.
Our food development team is headed up by a company nutritionist (Danielle) and two executive and training chefs (John and Richard), who together continually develop the quality of service and food on-site.
We also have a Health and Safety manager (Sally) who makes sure we always meet our due diligence commitments and a marketing manager (Helen).
The combination of our branding as well as that of Mellors Catering Services is now well embedded and we would welcome the opportunity of sharing this winning combination with anyone!
