We have 10 area managers, 14 area support managers and 4 group managers currently to run our 210 sites. Our team are caterers and foodies, their role is to support the on-site team to ensure we meet all objectives of each site.
Our food development team is headed up by a company nutritionist (Danielle) and two executive and training chefs (John and Richard), who together continually develop the quality of service and food on-site.
We also have a Health and Safety manager (Sally) who makes sure we always meet our due diligence commitments and a marketing manager (Helen).
Catering managers Lisa and Lea cooked and presented a fabulous curry buffet for us last week for our Principal’s leaving lunch. It was absolutely stunning and an extremely tasty menu and I felt that I could not let this pass without giving them both the accolade they deserve.
