Mellors Catering Services proudly sponsored and served up a very special lunch for over 850 delegates at a multi-academy trust first inset event. Hosted at Magna Science and Adventure Centre in Rotherham, which was a former Templeborough steelworks, set the scene for an immersive day of education, learning, teamwork, reflections and future visions. Pastrami, falafel and salad, oh my! The Mellors Team were delighted to serve up a delicious and nutritious lunchtime offering, which delivered on both flavour and taste. Led by Executive Development Chef, John Connolly who brings a wealth of hospitality experience and curated the flavoursome lunchtime menu of over 25 food items. These included many summertime favourites such as a selection of salads, fresh artisan breads, quality meats, dips and a choice of mouthwatering desserts. Paula said, “We’re so grateful for all the support Mellors have provided. We couldn’t be happier with the lunch provided which was delivered on all accounts, fresh, tasty and delicious! “The food served simply looked and tasted amazing, accompanied by first-class service.” Andrew Walker, Director of Operations at Mellors said, “It was a pleasure and a privilege to support such a fantastic event, showcasing a glimpse of Mellors amazing food. “For Mellors, the key is in the detail.
