Start Your Day with a Breakfast Blast-Off – Breakfast helps your brain wake up and prepare for learning missions ahead.Fuel up at school with: toast, eggs, or porridge from our Mellors breaking offering— check out the breakfast meal deals to launch your day right! 2. Drink Water During the Day – In space, water is the most precious resource. For your brain, it’s the “coolant” that prevents your processors from overheating.
